Digital & Physical Products
All sales are final. Because our digital and physical products are delivered immediately or prepared just for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Services
Payments for services are non-refundable once work has started. If you pre-pay for services and no work has been performed yet, you may request a refund.
Membership Programs
Membership payments are non-refundable unless:
- The membership has been paid in full, and
- You send us a written cancellation request within 21 days of your initial payment.
After this 21-day window, no refunds will be issued for memberships.
Chargebacks
By purchasing from us, you agree not to dispute or request a chargeback with your bank or payment provider for reasons covered by this policy. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us directly so we can assist you.
In short: All sales are final. Refunds are only considered if services were pre-paid but never started, or if a full membership is canceled in writing within 21 days.
