Personal information may include name, address, social security number(s), birthdate(s), assets and income in addition to any other information essential to financial consulting of clients and prospective clients.Â

Personal information of clients is retained in accordance with the internal revenue code statute of limitations which varies for each individual taxpayer (3 years minimum).
